• Sharing sometimes does not work. As a workaround, it usually helps to close and reopen the app (no logout necessary!)..
• Sometimes sensors are not displayed in the graphical overview. --> Workaround: A refresh symbol was added to the screen (in the upper grey area) to reload the sensors and refresh the screen..

Known Issues

• Sometimes it can happen that there is a problem with the licences, when a WiDi was chosen which is not part of the actual license pool (DEV-791).
  In most cases the list of licenses looks then empty or not readable anymore. --> WORKAROUND: Deinstallation and reinstallation of the i-record app.
  The bug will be fixed in the next release V2.2.0

  We thought we fixed this error, but it seems that it still rarely happens. --> Workaround: When sensor field is not displayed, close i-record (don't move it only to the background) and restart the app.

New features for countries which are already Global ID ready. For this release version we will start with Switzerland only and occasionally add other countries later. These features are supported on sliding doors (STM20 +) and swing doors (DFA127). The control has to be updated to software >= V3.0:

• There is a door book (cloud) server where data of doors will be saved.
• App: Possibility to save a unique, door specific Global ID and other IDs on the control via the door identification tile or via a full commisioning.
• App: Non CAN components can be added manually to the component list (synchrionized with the door book when online).
• App: Saving door and sensor parameters, errors, protocol, component list, etc. in a door specific door book entry in the cloud. The assignment to a specific door is made via the Global ID.
• App: Capability to load old door book entries to compare actual settings with an old one, and if needed to set the door back to these old settings.
